This oil is made exclusively from estate-grown olives of the Ménudal variety, endemic to the Haut Languedoc region. It is expressive and well-balanced, with a fresh grassy finish that will magnify your garden tomatoes as well as your spicy seasoned dishes. It’s a 100% natural product, with no treatments or other additives. Our olives are picked with family and friends in October and November, when they are “turning”, i.e. when some olives are still green while others are already black, offering a range of subtle aromas. The oil is extracted within 24 hours of harvesting.
