This oil is made exclusively from olives grown on the estate and of the Verdale variety, endemic to the Languedoc region. It is round, well-balanced, lightly fruity, smooth and delicate, with notes of fresh walnut and a finish of fresh artichokes. It’s the “queen of summer”, to take away and enjoy all year round. This product is 100% natural, with no processing or other additives. Our olives are picked by family and friends in October and November, when they are “turning” (green and black), which is essential for their aromatic balance and complexity. The oil is extracted within 24 hours of harvesting.
